For Platinum Open Access Publications
Authors and editors of eContent Pro International Press platinum open access books sign an Author Warranty. The warranty portion ensures that materials submitted to eContent Pro International Press for consideration are original and have not been published elsewhere previously. Moreover, it ensures that any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted materials (figures, photographs, etc.) are secured by the author(s) before publication. Platinum open access publications books carry the CC BY 4.0 licensing arrangement. Under this licensing, authors and editors are allowed the freedoms below, so long as they give credit to the original author(s).
Once the work has been formally accepted and planned for publication under platinum open access by eContent Pro International Press or when it is formally published under platinum open access by eContent Pro International Press, then authors will be welcome and encouraged to post the work wherever they wish (pre-publication or post-publication posting).
For Post-Accepted and Post-Publication Chapters, Authors Can:
- Post the full final typeset PDF of their chapter on the author or editor's personal website and/or their university repository site.
- Post the chapter on general open access sites for free download and distribution, such as ResearchGate, arXiv, Academia.edu, SSRN, or society sponsored sites.
- Use in a coursepack without having to secure the consent of eContent Pro International Press.
- Be given to a commercial third party to post, copy, distribute, sell or give for free or for any monetary consideration.
- Republish their chapter in a future book publication.
When sharing the chapter, please be sure to link back to the published version on our website. Please note that the final published version of the chapter should overwrite any pre-publication posting.
